Governing Law
Argentine Republic. Transactions and LCP commitments are governed by and construed in accordance with the commercial and civil laws of Argentina (Ley 27.449).
Arbitration Forum & Venue
Tribunal de Arbitraje General de la Bolsa de Comercio de Buenos Aires, Argentina. Any conflict arising from Stellar settlements or LCP bindings will be submitted to this tribunal.
Arbitration Procedure & Scope
- 1Filing of the demand before the Arbitration Bureau of the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange.
- 2Selection of a sole (1) arbitrator under the simplified rules of the Stock Exchange.
- 3The language of the arbitration shall be Spanish.
- 4The arbitral award is final and unappealable, enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction in Argentina.
Arbitration Rules
Subject to the Arbitration Rules of the General Arbitration Court of Buenos Aires. Standard judicial court venues are waived by all active on-chain entities.
